Information we collect

When you request private access, we collect your work email address. If you later provide a name, company or research use case, we also store that information. The access service records a shortened cryptographic hash derived from the request IP address to limit abuse. We do not store the raw IP address in the waitlist record.

How we use it

We use this information to administer private access, send confirmation or invitation emails, understand prospective use cases and protect the request form from abuse. We do not sell personal information or use the site for behavioural advertising.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and API. Resend delivers email and stores the private access audience. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Browser storage and the preview

The product preview uses local and session storage to remember an access link and whether the welcome screen was dismissed. The preview contains seeded demonstration data. It does not fetch research sources or create a production workspace.

Retention and deletion

We keep private access requests while the preview program operates and as needed to administer access. You may ask us to remove your information at any time.
